When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 business days to process your orders. If the order is placed before midday in most cases they will be posted on the same business day if not the next business day.
After that, it will take 2-3 business days for delivery in Australia, and around 2-25 business days for international orders (depending on location). During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary.
We cannot redirect or make changes to your shipping address once you confirm the order during the ordering process.
From time to time there may be global circumstances that may cause interference with shipping that are beyond our control and we can not be responsible for delays if this does occur.
Shipping time duration and prices are based on standard shipping cost and may be updated from time to time, if there is a requirement for express shipping ensure that it is requested when placing the order and the relevant charges will apply.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax free and you will not have to pay any additional tax by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. There may be taxes payable that are specific to your imports laws.
